Pillows are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged unless customer service has approved a return. Returned pillows must be in original, unflawed condition, unmarked by the purchaser. You may return an item within 30 days of receipt for a credit or refund, excluding shipping and handling fees. A 35% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
