How can I request samples?

Samples for all of our rugs and wallcoverings can be ordered online by selecting the "Order a Sample" link on the product description page. If you need additional help, please contact our Customer Service team at clientservices@ashleystarkhome.com or 1-855-ASH-STRK. 

I have a question on measurements.

Please ensure to read all size information provided on our product pages and measure properly prior to placing any orders. If you have any questions regarding the product’s size and/or delivery methods, please email clientservices@ashleystarkhome.com or call us at 1-855-ASH-STRK. Orders that are cancelled or refused at delivery due to sizing issues are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.

How can I track my order?

Tracking information is sent to the email address you provided at time of shipment. If you have not received it, please contact our Customer Service team at clientservices@ashleystarkhome.com or 1-855-ASH-STRK.  If any product(s) that you have ordered is out of stock or on backorder, we will do our best to contact you with a new shipment date. At that time, you can decide to either keep the order as is, cancel the item, or cancel the entire order. We will do our best to keep you updated on issues that arise with your order. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. 

Can I change my shipping address?

We will try our best to accommodate your request but some of our orders ship right away from the manufacturers and we may not be able to change the address. Please contact our Customer Service team at clientservices@ashleystarkhome.com or 1-855-ASH-STRK.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer international shipping nor do we delivery to a PO Box, Military Post Office or Freight Forwarding Company. We also do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

What is your return policy?

Specific return information can be located on each product page. Eligible items may be returned with a complimentary return label. Final sale, custom, made to order, or ineligible items may not be returned. We do not refund original shipping charges. If your item was purchased during a shipping promotion, a 10% return shipping charge will be deducted from the original price of your item. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as original payment.

OVERSIZED AND FREIGHT RETURNS

Return authorization for rugs 9x12 or larger and oversized items that travel via freight can be arranged by contacting customerservice@ashleystarkhome.com. Freight returns will be issued a refund less original shipping and handling charges in addition to a 25% restocking fee from the original product price. Return requests will only be accepted within 10 days of the delivery. If your delivery is refused due to size, return shipping charges and a 25% re-stocking fee will incur.

My order arrived damaged.

request, please have your order confirmation number available. We will
always do our best to accommodate your concern as efficiently as

Why was my order canceled?

We try our best to maintain accurate stock levels and product information at the time of your order, however, in certain cases, we may need to cancel your order after receipt. In the event this does happen, you will be offered a full refund inclusive of shipping charges. We apologize for this inconvenience.

The receipt of an order number or an email order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. Ashley Stark Home reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or to refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of an order. Prices and availability of products on the Ashley Stark Home Website are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered and Ashley Stark Home reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any error, inaccuracy, or omission (including after an order has been submitted). Ashley Stark Home reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Your account may also be restricted or terminated for any reason, at Ashley Stark Home's sole discretion. Items purchased pursuant to a quantity discount may be re-priced upon cancellation. 

Why is my rug a different color than pictured?

We do our best to accurately depict all products through proper imagery and product information through our website. Every computer monitor displays color differently, we cannot be responsible for variations between the actual product color and how it is displayed on your screen. Descriptions of merchandise, including colors or shades, textures, and other features are provided by the manufacturer; Ashley Stark Home assumes no liability whatsoever for the description, for variance, including in colors or textures, minor imperfections, and/or for a product not meeting with customer satisfaction, absent a manufacturer-verified defect.

There is a defect with my rug.

Please note: There may be a variation and imperfection in weave, fiber size, color, shade and overall rug size (up to 5% in length and width) are normal characteristics and are not considered a manufacturing defect.

There is an unauthorized charge on my credit card.

In the event of a disputed credit card charge, which is ultimately found to have been legitimate or which otherwise finds, in whole or in part, in favor of Ashley Stark Home, the customer shall be responsible for all attorneys' fees and costs borne by Ashley Stark Home. The terms of any purchase from or dispute with Ashley Stark Home shall be governed by New York law, and any litigation arising out of such dispute shall be brought in the State of New York, New York County, in the district governing the City of New York.

How can I return my samples?

Samples may be returned within 45 days of delivery with a complimentary shipping label.

Refunds may only be issued in the same form as original payment.

Returns for items paid via eGift Card.

Purchases made with eGift Card payments cannot be returned for cash or credit.

What are the exclusions for the WELCOME discount?

With the WELCOME10 discount code you will receive 10% off of your first order, although exclusions do apply. This code cannot be combined with any other sales, discounts or promotions. There are also certain product types such as colored glassware that are excluded from the promotion.

What disclaimers apply to White Glove Premier shipping?

White Glove Premier shipping includes delivery to room of choice, moving and returning furniture, unpacking of the rug, and debris removal. *Any furniture above 175 pounds or delicate/antique items will not be moved.
