At Ashley Stark Home, a STARK brand, we strive to deliver world class customer experience. We strive to provide the best possible information in regard to how long it will take to receive your order. Most of our items will generally be shipped via UPS and charged a standard ground shipping rate.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated shipping times are located on each product page. Please note that these are only estimated shipping times and are subject to availability of products and/or manufacturer's availability. If any product(s) that you have ordered is out of stock or on backorder, we will do our best to contact you with a new shipment date. At that time, you can decide to either keep the order as is, cancel the item, or cancel the entire order. We will do our best to keep you updated on issues that arise with your order. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. We only ship within the continental United States and are unable to ship to P.O. and A.P.O boxes.
For items shipping directly from the vendor (i.e., dropship), we currently offer standard ground shipping within the continental United States.
UNFORTUNATELY AT THIS TIME, WE DO NOT OFFER:
- International Shipping
- Delivery to a PO Box, Military Post Office or Freight Forwarding Company
- Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico
- Exchanges for any items
Oversized items (including rugs 9x12 and larger) may travel via freight carriers which have extended processing and delivery times. Oversized items will be delivered to your doorstep unless otherwise noted as "entry way delivery or in-home spread” as selected by you upon checkout. A signature will be required upon delivery.
**A fee of $199.00 will be charged to orders containing oversized products which are selected for entryway delivery which includes delivery inside of your home and to room of your choice including up two flights of stairs.
**An additional fee of $150.00 per oversized item will be applied to items which are selected for in-home spread which includes delivery inside of your home to room of your choice, perform spread, and dispose of packaging materials. A signature will be required upon delivery.
MADE TO ORDER ITEMS
Certain products on the site will be made to order by the manufacturer which will be noted on each product page. This means production will begin on the item after your order is placed which does not include processing time. Estimated lead times for these items are located on each product page. Made to order items cannot be returned or exchanged at any time.
Specific return information can be located on each product page. Eligible items may be returned with a complimentary return label. Final sale, custom, made to order, or ineligible items may not be returned. We do not refund original shipping charges. All returned items will be inspected for damage or signs of use & may be deemed as non-refundable. If your item was purchased during a shipping promotion, a 10% return shipping charge will be deducted from the original price of your item. Refunds may only be issued in the same form and amount (subject to the terms hereof) as original payment.
OVERSIZED AND FREIGHT RETURNS
Return authorization for rugs 9x12 or larger and oversized items that travel via freight can be arranged by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org. Freight returns will be issued a refund less original shipping and handling charges. Return requests will only be accepted within 30 days of the delivery.
- When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for a shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 1-855-ASH-STRK.
- Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for expedited service.
- To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
Please contact us at email@example.com_ or 1-855-ASH-STRK and provide us with your order details in order to initiate your return. If your item(s) is eligible for a return, we will provide you with a shipping label to return your item(s). All items must be sent back in the original packaging. If original packaging is unavailable, the customer is responsible for arranging equivalent packaging. Once an item has been installed it cannot be returned. At this time, Ashley Stark Home only offers UPS return labels for domestic return addresses. Please note that only products purchased on ashleystarkhome.com may be returned for refund.
