Oversized and Freight Shipping: Oversized items (including rugs) may travel via freight carriers which have extended processing and delivery times. Oversized items will be delivered to your doorstep unless otherwise noted as "entry way delivery or in-home spread” as selected by you upon checkout. A signature will be required upon delivery.

**A fee of $199.00 will be charged to orders containing oversized products which are selected for entryway delivery which includes delivery inside of your home and to room of your choice including up two flights of stairs.
**An additional fee of $150.00 per oversized item will be applied to items which are selected for in-home spread which includes delivery inside of your home to room of your choice, perform spread, and dispose of packaging materials. A signature will be required upon delivery.

Contact us at clientservices@ashleystarkhome.com to initiate a return. Freight pickup will be arranged for rug returns over 9x12. Freight returns will be issued a refund less original shipping and handling charges. Return requests will only be accepted within 30 days of the delivery.
