Our custom rugs are finished with color matched serged or binded edges & recommended for use with our high-quality rug pads. If you create a custom sized rug, this item is made to order and cannot be returned. Custom Sized Rug orders begin production immediately upon order placement and are built to your specifications. As a result, the item(s) cannot be cancelled, changed, returned, or refunded at anytime.

Oversized and Freight Shipping: Oversized items (including rugs) may travel via freight carriers which have extended processing and delivery times. Oversized items will be delivered to your doorstep unless otherwise noted as "entry way delivery or in-home spread” as selected by you upon checkout. A signature will be required upon delivery.
**A fee of $199.00 will be charged to orders containing oversized products which are selected for entryway delivery which includes delivery inside of your home and to room of your choice including up two flights of stairs.
**An additional fee of $150.00 per oversized item will be applied to items which are selected for in-home spread which includes delivery inside of your home to room of your choice, perform spread, and dispose of packaging materials. A signature will be required upon delivery.

Oversized and Freight Returns: Returns for furniture and oversized items that travel via freight can be arranged by contacting customerservice@ashleystarkhome.com. Freight returns will be issued a refund less original shipping and handling charges in addition to a 25% restocking fee from the original product price. Return requests will only be accepted within 10 days of the delivery. If your delivery is refused due to size, return shipping charges and a 25% re-stocking fee will incur.
